Showcasing a playful elegance from the top to bottom. The home boasts a main living floor with bespoke chef's kitchen, sunny breakfast nook overlooking the serene yard, open living and dining area. Living room is completed by a smartly designed custom built-in media center. An artfully crafted powder room finishes off this main level. The full floor master bedroom suite has two walk-in closets, gas fireplace, and spa-like master bath clad in Carrera marble, a soaking tub looking out on a peacefully swaying Japanese maple tree, and a walk out balcony. Lower level includes two spacious bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bath, and a well appointed laundry room.

The home is located just two blocks from Union Street retail corridor with great dining and shopping options.

“We don’t have to just do it. We can do it with style and beauty.”

Born and raised in San Francisco, there was, at one point a time in which young Jon de la Cruz believed he was destined for a career in marine biology. But that all came to a screeching halt one day in one of UC Santa Cruz’s advanced chemistry classes. Staring down a complex equation, de la Cruz suddenly came to the conclusion that he was not destined to be a scientist. Instead, he would be an artist.

Interweaving modern furnishings with timeless furniture and accessories, De La Cruz’s residential designs orchestrate the same beautiful symphony between functionality and playfulness as his commercial projects. It is because of his unique aesthetic and hands on every project his team receives that has lead this designer on the path to become one of California’s preeminent designers. Jon has worked with the Bay Area's top design firms, successfully leading projects including The Battery SF, The Cavalier, Marlowe, and Carbone in Las Vegas. But his expertise doesn’t stop there.
